Mr. Lokesh Kirar, Founder of LRP Captivators, has emerged as a dynamic entrepreneur redefining after-sales service standards in India’s electronics industry. Established in July 2019, LRP Captivators was founded on a clear conviction: that repair and refurbishment services could be faster, more reliable, and more transparent without compromising on quality. At a time when delayed turnarounds and inconsistent service were widely tolerated, he set out to challenge the status quo with a systems-driven and people-centric approach.
The organization began modestly with a team of 50 professionals, focused primarily on mobile handset repairs. From the outset, his leadership emphasized building robust operational systems, investing in skilled technical talent, and fostering a culture of accountability. Rather than chasing rapid expansion, he prioritized technical depth and process discipline, laying a strong foundation for long-term credibility in a competitive service landscape.
A major milestone in the company’s evolution came with its expansion into advanced PCBA Level-4 on-site repairs. This move strengthened its capabilities in complex board-level diagnostics and precision repair, positioning the company as a technically mature partner capable of handling high-value electronic components. The strategic decision reflected his belief that sustainable growth must be built on expertise and operational excellence.
Industry recognition soon followed. In 2020, the company was entrusted with repaired product quality validation for a global consumer electronics brand—an endorsement that reinforced its reputation for compliance, consistency, and high repair standards. For him, the achievement validated a long-term strategy centered on reliability before scale and quality before volume.
Today, the company operates from a state-of-the-art 15,000-square-foot repair and refurbishment facility in Noida. Designed to combine scale with precision, the facility has the capacity to process up to five lakh units per month. Operations are powered by approximately 450 trained diploma engineers, reflecting his conviction that people remain the cornerstone of operational excellence. The infrastructure includes ESD-compliant repair setups, fully air-conditioned workspaces, industry-grade equipment, and a secure environment monitored by 100 CCTV cameras, ensuring quality control and accountability at every stage.
As capabilities expanded, so did the workforce. From its original 50-member team, the organization has grown to nearly 600 professionals, extending its presence across multiple metro cities and strengthening its pan-India service network. This measured yet consistent growth underscores his leadership philosophy: scaling responsibly while maintaining service integrity.
The year 2023 marked a transformative chapter. The company became the exclusive repair partner for digital entertainment devices in North India, undertaking large-scale refurbishment operations that demanded speed, precision, and reliability. In August 2023, it further diversified into the banking and fintech ecosystem, expanding into repairs of electronic payment devices such as POS machines and sound boxes—mission-critical assets that support millions of daily transactions.
Demonstrating operational agility, the organization partnered with a leading digital payments platform and successfully refurbished 1.5 lakh payment devices within four months. The milestone highlighted its scalability and execution discipline, reinforcing its position as a trusted service partner in high-demand sectors.
Looking ahead, he envisions transforming the company into a center of excellence for electronic lifecycle management over the next three to five years. Strategic priorities include deeper engagement across banking, fintech, and consumer electronics, along with expansion into adjacent high-value device categories. Investments in advanced diagnostics, automation, and data-driven quality systems are expected to enhance turnaround times and repair accuracy.
Sustainability also features prominently in the roadmap. By scaling refurbishment capabilities and extending product lifecycles, the organization aims to contribute meaningfully to e-waste reduction and circular economy practices. Geographic expansion, supported by centralized centers of excellence and agile regional operations, will further strengthen its national footprint.
Under his leadership, LRP Captivators stands as more than a repair enterprise. It represents a purpose-driven institution built on trust, operational rigor, and a commitment to raising service benchmarks across India’s electronics and fintech ecosystem.
