Dr. Leelavathy Rajesh, Managing Director of RASA Management & Recruitment Consultancy Private Limited, is recognized as a pioneering and versatile leader in education, business, and social entrepreneurship. Her consultancy is the first and only approved manpower consultancy in Dindigul District, licensed by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi. She holds a B.Tech in Biotechnology from Anna University, an M.Tech in Nanotechnology from SASTRA University, and a Ph.D. from Anna University. During her Master’s, she was awarded a gold medal for her outstanding performance, achieving a perfect grade point of 10 out of 10, and received the prestigious Ramanujam Award for academic excellence. Her business portfolio extends further with initiatives such as RASAyana Scientific International Corporation, RASAVeda for school consulting, RASAHeal for global healthcare solutions, RASASoft for software development in Ethiopia, and the Addis Foundation focused on education and environmental sustainability.
